Our Service Areas

  1. Server Design & Deployment

    • Tailored server builds for small business or home lab environments.

    • Virtualization platform setup (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, etc.).

    • Guidance on cost-efficient hardware procurement.

  2. Storage Design & Implementation

    • Primary and external storage solutions (NAS/SAN).

    • Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR) planning.

    • Cloud storage integration (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

  3. Networking & Security

    • Network architecture planning (LAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs).

    • Router, switch, and firewall setup with best practices.

    • Security recommendations (firewall policies, endpoint protection, VPN).

  4. PC & Endpoint Setup

    • Workstation build and configuration for optimal performance.

    • Operating system and software configuration.

Scope of Service

  • Cybermagus Solution provides design, deployment guidance, and configuration services tailored to client needs.

  • Deliverables include documentation, recommendations for servers, storage, networking, PCs, and cloud services.

  • Service covers advisory and configuration support only. Cybermagus Solution does not act as a reseller or financial broker for third-party vendors.

Consultant Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery sessions to validate requirements.

  • Design and document recommended IT infrastructure (server, storage, network, or cloud).

  • Provide deployment support, either onsite (if agreed) or remote.

  • Recommend best practices for performance, scalability, and security.

  • Where needed, assist with setup using remote tools such as Microsoft Quick Assist or secure VPN access.

Exclusions

  • No direct purchase or resale of hardware/software. The client is responsible for procurement.

  • No liability for vendor supply chain delays, cloud service outages, or client misconfiguration outside the documented design.

  • No 24/7 managed support unless covered under a separate Managed Services Agreement.

Support Tools & Access

  • Client may be required to enable secure tools (e.g., Microsoft Quick Assist, AnyDesk, or VPN) to allow remote configuration.

  • All access will be time-bound, consent-based, and logged for accountability.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate system requirements and workload expectations.

  • Procure recommended hardware, software, and cloud services independently.

  • Ensure physical or remote access is granted for implementation sessions.

  • Review and approve design documentation before implementation.
