📄 Deliverable: Each engagement includes a comprehensive documentation package outlining the recommended design, architecture decisions, and actionable next steps for the single solution purchased.
To ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment between Cybermagus Solutions and our clients, the following guardrails define the scope and consultant responsibilities for this service:
Scope of Service
The engagement focuses exclusively on design, review, and documentation of a desktop solution (hardware, software, or cloud-based).
Consultants provide guidance and recommendations only; no hardware, software, or cloud services will be purchased, resold, or provisioned by Cybermagus Solutions.
Deliverables consist of a single documented solution design per engagement.
Consultant Responsibilities
Validate client requirements and environment constraints through discovery sessions.
Provide detailed recommendations for desktop architecture, performance improvements, or cloud desktop options.
Ensure recommendations are vendor-agnostic except when the client specifies a single provider (AWS, Azure, or Google).
Maintain professional independence—decisions remain the client’s responsibility for purchase and implementation.
Exclusions
No hardware or software procurement: Cybermagus Solutions does not directly supply, sell, or order physical or virtual resources.
No ongoing monitoring or management unless covered under a separate managed services agreement.
No liability for third-party system performance, vendor service disruptions, or client procurement delays.
Support Tools & Access
Clients may be asked to enable Microsoft Quick Assist or similar secure remote-access tools during the engagement to validate system details, provide guided troubleshooting, or address ongoing service requests.
Remote access will only be used with explicit client consent and within the agreed service window.
Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate information regarding current infrastructure, workloads, and objectives.
Review and approve the documented solution design before proceeding with procurement or implementation.
Maintain responsibility for purchasing, licensing, and implementing the recommended solution.
